Anyone who has ever worked an oilfield knows that you want your equipment to be in the best condition possible; and that it’s tough to achieve that goal with the grime buildup. That’s why we at Cascade Water Recycle Systems offer high volume / low pressure wash systems in North America. We will sell you the system of your choice and also install it expertly.
The High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) wash systems are designed to handle high volumes of water for flushing dirt, mud and other debris off your equipment. These completely automatic systems draw water from the collection pit and process it so that it can be reused in the washing operation. They come in 3 sizes:
HVLP Wash Systems are available in sizes to deliver up to 200 gallons of water per minute, or more if needed. Even if you have very high volume requirements, an HVLP is available to deliver the required amount of water for flushing mud and other debris from your equipment. The HVLP maintains the correct amount of water in the system, adding make up water as required. Your water usage and expense will decrease dramatically compared with using a fresh water supply. And sewer charges, which are often substantial, may be reduced significantly or even eliminated.
Larger & Smaller Sizes Available
Larger and smaller sizes, as well as special features or other custom modifications, are available for special applications. See our Custom Products page.
